I graduated from the National Institute of Massotherapy in 2005. My work combines various massage, bodywork and therapy techniques in the course of each session. I am certified in Jin Shin Jyutsu®, Active Isolated Stretching, Positional Release, Relaxation and Deep-Tissue Massage. Whether you come in for relief from pain, to gain more self-awareness, or simply to relax for an hour, my goal is for you to leave healthier, happier and more balanced on many levels.

I graduated from FMCA Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2021.  Health coaches apply motivational strategies, behavior change theory, and communication techniques to help clients create sustainable changes that lead to better health. They help translate the doctor’s plan of care into the patient’s plan of action, bridging the gap between what patients know they need to do to be healthy and the intrinsic motivation needed to make and sustain those changes.

Casey Horowitz - Licensed Massage Therapist

Introducing our new massage therapist, Casey Horowitz, LMT

We are pleased to welcome Casey Horowitz, LMT, to our clinic. Casey graduated from Cuyahoga Community College’s Massage Therapy Program and their Advanced Massage Therapy course. Casey also has a background in the medical field as he actively worked as an STNA in Rehabilitation, Hospital, and Surgical settings. He also studied pre-physical therapy and nursing before settling into the field of Massage Therapy. He has been trained to offer a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint capsule release, pelvic stabilization, and much more. Casey believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness and is excited to help his clients heal! 

Although Casey loves providing massage for his clients, he also believes in a proper work and life balance. Outside of work, Casey is busy cooking, hiking, reading, and watching movies all with his fiance (also named Casey!) and their cat. (named Bagel)
